Engagement
Introduction
Good neighbors aren't born; they are cultivated over time. We know that being a responsible neighbor takes energy, effort, and patience
- and it is a commitment well worth making.
Below is an overview of our ongoing journey and a sample of recent activities through which we have grown with our community.
Community Advisory Committee (CAC)
In September 2025, the Community Advisory Committee (CAC) was established as part of SK hynix's ongoing commitment to fostering open dialogue, transparency, and collaboration with the local community.
The CAC, composed of representatives from West Lafayette, is designed to serve as a bridge between SK hynix and the local community.
Its purpose is to ensure that local voices are heard, questions are addressed, and collaborative initiatives are developed. Going forward, the CAC will meet regularly to exchange ideas, provide feedback on company projects,
and advise on community-focused initiatives such as education and workforce development.
