Local Community Improvement Plan in Partnership with State and City Governments
Environmental and Safety
SK hynix places the highest priority on daily resident safety and regional environmental protection, working in close collaboration with the State of Indiana and the City of West Lafayette. Discussions are ongoing with city environment-and safety-related departments, including the Wastewater Utility, Fire, and Engineering Departments, to identify potential construction phase impacts. SK hynix is also consulting with IDEM and the Department of Labor on safety certification processes and compliance with OSHA standards. The company is fully committed to ensuring a healthy and safe future for the community.
