SK hynix launched the Semiconductor Academy to develop human resources and enhance the competitiveness of partners by sharing our semiconductor expertise and know-how through various online/offline content. We are also sharing our own learning management system for free to help develop our partners’ human resources.

SK hynix operates Youth Hy-Five, an employment support program that develops customized human resources and matches them with internships. By matching partners that are experiencing difficulties in securing excellent human resources with young talent in the semiconductor industry, we are contributing to solving youth unemployment problems and helping our partners secure future growth engines.

SK hynix offers physical/chemical analysis and measurement services through the Analysis/Measurement Technology Center using cutting-edge equipment. The company also provides high-quality analysis results including analytical opinions from experts as well as the details of semiconductor analysis. Thus, we are strengthening the technology competitiveness of our partners and contributing to our intrinsic quality management.

SK hynix aims for the SHE Risk Free Company based on its management principles focused on people and the environment. Accordingly, we provide comprehensive support services for our partners in safety, health, and the environment, as we strive for shared growth and the creation of SV.

SK hynix is running the IPR Sharing Support Center to protect the intellectual property rights of partners and enhance their IP competitiveness. The center shares IP expertise in education/consulting and has established a network of IP staff, thereby improving the IP competitiveness of partners. Furthermore, the center protects the technologies of our partners and supports their sustainable growth by jointly filing patents with them and sharing patents related to materials/components/equipment for free.

SK hynix jointly launched the ECO Alliance with partners to establish an eco-friendly semiconductor ecosystem. The participating suppliers set medium to long-term reduction goals for greenhouse gas emissions and water discharge, while SK hynix provides specialized institution consulting and supervisor training for each company. In addition, we share environmental issues found in the semiconductor industry and find solutions through small meetings and workshops so that prompt and effective measures can be taken.
