Dividend Payout Ratio(%) is Total Dividend Amount/Profit attributable to owners of the Parent Company. (Based on consolidated financial statements)
From 2022, it is based on the total dividends paid per share within the year including the previously paid quarterly dividends.
In the case of the Dividend Payout Ratio(%) of 2023, the profit attributable to owners of the parent company resulted in the consolidated current net loss, yielding a negative number, hence being omitted.

Fixed dividend increased to KRW 1,500 per share from KRW 1,200 per share.
Annual cash dividends will consist solely of fixed dividends, and the 5% of annual FCF that was distributed under the previous policy will be prioritized for strengthening financial soundness.
After policy term ends, additional returns will be implemented within the scope of maintaining financial goals.
If significant level of FCF is generated, we will review possibility of earlier shareholder returns.
