DRAM with higher bandwidth facilitates faster data processing. LPDDR4 provides bandwidth 70% higher than LPDDR3.
NAND
High read/write speed of our eMMC and UFS products enable fast boot time and quick camera burst shots for mobile devices.
CMOS Image Sensor
Small compact devices are beginning to offer professional camera features such as capturing images in the dark, fast-focusing, image-stabilization and even capture images in 3D depth. These performance features incorporate BSI technology and PDAF technology housed in a slim module design.

Higher mode DRAM reduces power consumptions compared to the previous mode. LPDDR4 enhances power efficiency by 30% as compared to LPDDR3 and this extends battery life of device.
NAND
SK hynix 3D NAND achieved simpler writing algorithms by eliminating cell-to-cell interference issues. This solution provides better energy efficiency than traditional 2D NAND memory by up to 45 percent.
CMOS Image Sensor
High technology enables sensors to provide low current consumption with high pixel quality. 1.0μm pixel produced by enhanced technology reduces power consumption by 30% compared to 1.12μm pixel.
